Pregnancy and Post-Partum Classes
We believe in the importance of movement during pregnancy and post-partum recovery. Our fitness classes are run by a licensed Physical Therapist who will support you in your journey and answer all your questions. Our classes offer exercise modifications, a fun/judgement-free environment, and an opportunity to meet other moms in your area.
